Order Status
My voucher numbers never arrived.
  After your order is processed, you will receive an order confirmation email with details of your order. Voucher numbers are sent in a second email. Both emails are sent to the email address on record with this store. Please check your junk and spam folders for this email in case it got delivered there.

If you did not receive a confirmation or voucher email for your order, please confirm that the email address on record is correct and make any necessary corrections. Next, contact customer service for assistance and provide your email information and order number (found at “My Account” > “My Orders” > “Review orders/track packages”).
How do I change quantities or cancel an item?
  Login to "My Account"and then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing, or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.
How do I track my order?
  Track your order from the moment it ships to the moment it arrives. Login to the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site and then click "Review orders / track packages" to track your order. It will take at least one business day for your order to display in our system.
My order never arrived.
  Login to the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status and see if all of the items in your order have shipped. If your order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.
An item is missing from my shipment.
  If an item is missing from your shipment, login to the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped, as some items may be shipped separately. If your order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.
My product is missing parts.
  If your product is missing parts, login to the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.
When will my backorder arrive?
  Backordered items are not currently in stock at any of our warehouse locations. We have ordered the product from the supplier, but have not received a date yet as to when we will receive this product, but as soon as we do we will promptly process your shipment.
