How do I validate my CompTIA Membership on this website?
 

Use the following instructions to validate your CompTIA membership on the CompTIA Marketplace.

  1. If you are a new customer and do not currently have a login with CompTIA Marketplace, create a new account (click on the "Continue" button, under the "New Customers" heading). Enter the requested information and click the "Continue" button to create a new account.

  3. Once an account has been created, you will be directed to the "My Account" page. On the "My Account" page, locate the "Important Notice" in the large yellow box and click the "validate your CompTIA Corporate Member ID" link in the text to open a window where you can validate your membership.

  5. In the membership validation window, please enter your First name, Last name, and Member ID (Make sure to match your CompTIA membership information exactly). Please provide the email address you used to create your account on the CompTIA Marketplace.

  7. Most CompTIA memberships are validated upon submission to CompTIA.org. If, however, your membership is not validated immediately upon submission to CompTIA.org, then please allow up to 24 hours before validating your membership with CompTIA Marketplace. Current membership holders may make purchases immediately upon accessing their CompTIA Marketplace accounts..
