Can I purchase academic Academic (JK0) vouchers?
  CompTIA Marketplace does not sell Academic/JK0 exam vouchers.   To purchase Academic vouchers for JK0 exams, please go to http://www.pearsonvue.com/vouchers/pricelist/comptia.asp. To learn about academic (JK0) exams and vouchers, please go to the Academy Partner Program.

Can I use a Visa gift card to pay for my purchase?
  Before you can use a Visa gift card to pay for your purchase on this website, you will need to register your card. You can do this by either calling the issuer, or by visiting their website. You need to do this because issuer needs to have on record the gift card number as well as the name of the cardholder using the card. This allows merchants to process purchases in accordance with the merchant's security policy governing the acceptance of bank cards. Merchants won't complete a transaction if the data provided by the purchaser does not match with the information that the bank has on file about the cardholder. Unless you register your card in advance, there will be no way a merchant can confirm your identity. Without such confirmation, your purchase will be declined even if there are sufficient funds on the card.
How do I locate a test center?

How do I find my product?
  To find a product, you may (1) browse by category located on the far left of the home screen or, (2) type a keyword in the SEARCH box in the upper right hand corner. For further assistance in locating a product, feel free to contact customer service for assistance.
What are my payment choices?
  During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.
How do I navigate the site?
  Simply choose a category, located on the top, left, and bottom of the website. You may also type a keyword into the SEARCH box to quickly find a specific product. If you have any trouble locating a product, feel free to contact customer service for assistance.
How do I use a coupon?
  After adding items to your cart, click the "View Cart" link at the top of this site to view your cart. At the bottom of the shopping cart you will see a box where you may enter and apply your coupon code to your order.   NOTE: Members CANNOT receive their Member discount AND use a Coupon at the same time (e.g. try to get both discounts at the same time).  Members redeem their coupon discount by creating a separate NON-Validated personal account, using a personal email address.  Members can have a validated member account and a secondary (personal) account.
